Robot-Assisted Surgery

Faster Surgery, Faster Recovery!

Can you imagine what it would be like to have a fast recovery from your implant surgery? That is a reality now here at Peninsula Dental Implants with Yomi® - our surgical robot.

Robot-assisted surgery offers haptic robotic guidance to intensify the skilled implant dentistry teams’ clinical expertise and delivers minimally invasive repeatable surgical precision.

Yomi® enables Dr. Gupta to make tiny incisions to insert your implant posts. These small incisions result in less discomfort and faster healing, meaning a quick return to normal life.

Transforming Implant Dentistry with BLAST

At Peninsula Dental Implants, we’re committed to delivering top-quality dental care through advanced technology that puts your comfort first.

That includes laser dentistry and the BLAST Protocol (Biostimulation-Lase-Activation-Stimulation-Technique) a powerful combination for faster healing, better results, and less discomfort.

We use laser technology during implant placement surgery to enhance precision, reduce bleeding, and promote faster healing.

By targeting tissue more accurately, lasers help improve surgical outcomes and patient comfort, making the overall procedure more efficient and less invasive.

If you’ve been told you’re not a candidate for implants due to gum disease or bone loss, BLAST may change that.

  • Removes bacteria and infected tissue

  • Speeds up healing by activating bone and gums

  • Boosts stability and appearance with precise placement

  • Minimizes complications through soft tissue control

  • Maximizes long-term success with smart timing

Whether you need a single implant or a full-mouth restoration, BLAST allows us to deliver durable, functional, and beautiful smiles, even for patients previously considered high-risk.

Your journey to a confident smile starts here, with technology designed to give you the best possible outcome.

Permanent Teeth in Days, Not Months — with QuikArch™

QuikArch™ gives you final teeth fast. No more waiting months. No more wearing bulky temporaries. This system uses digital planning, smart materials, and guided surgery to get it done in days.

1. Detailed Smile Design

2. Precision Placement

3. Final teeth in days

Unlike brittle zirconia, this polymer is layered over a titanium bar, giving it the strength to absorb shock when you chew. That means a smooth, quiet bite with no clacking or stiffness.

It’s also adjustable, so if your gums change during healing, your prosthesis can be fine-tuned. Zirconia can't do that.

With a clinical success rate over 98%, this is a system that’s proven to work.

How It Works:

  • Detailed Smile Design: We start with a full digital scan. Every detail of your bite, gums, and smile is mapped out.

  • Precision Placement: Surgical guides make the process fast and accurate. No flaps. No guesswork.

  • Final Teeth in Days: You get your permanent teeth in just a few days. No expensive second set. No long delays. More savings for you.

X-Guide™ Dynamic 3D Navigation for Implant Precision

At Peninsula Dental Implants, we go beyond digital planning—we bring it to life in real time.

That’s now possible at Peninsula Dental Implants thanks to X-Guide™ — our advanced 3D navigation system for dental implants.

X-Guide gives Dr. Gupta real-time control over the position, angle, and depth of your implant with pinpoint accuracy. In fact, it’s been shown to be 11X more accurate than freehand surgeries.

That level of precision means fewer incisions, less discomfort, and a quicker healing time, so you can get back to your life faster.

It’s a cutting-edge approach that helps us deliver safe, predictable, and natural-looking results, all in a single visit.

X- Guide is 11X more accurate than freehand surgeries.

A Perfect Smile With 3D Digital Imaging

Greater Precision, Faster Surgery, Faster Recovery!

By investing in the latest 3D digital imaging technology and implementing a digital workflow system, we can now offer greater precision during the planning and execution stages of your dental implant treatment.

When placing dental implants, we can ensure their exact position over traditional methods. Our device allows us to capture detailed digital images of your teeth, gums, and bone and facial structure, resulting in a treatment plan executed accurately, predictably, and efficiently.

This way, your smile will be exactly how it was meant to look.

Many implant specialists only use a CBCT scanner, but not many use this new technology. We are the ONLY center in the Mid Peninsula area with an Advanced 3D Facial Scanner.

At Peninsula Dental Implants we use advanced digital dentistry tools to make your dental implant experience

faster, easier, and more comfortable without the need for scalpels, long recoveries, or outdated guesswork.

Ready For Dental Implants?

Hear from some of our happy patients!

If you are looking for a qualified surgeon then look no further. Dr. Manny Ashraf and his staff are the most dedicated group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had reconstructive work done on my upper teeth. Dr. Ashraf gave me that beautiful smile I once had. I am smiling and loving life thanks to him. I am so very pleased to have met such a fine group of professionals.

Christina M.

I want to let people who are very nervous about going to the dentist that you will do no wrong by going to Dr. Ashraf. He is the best dentist my husband and I have ever gone to. To further prove that he is great, we travel more than an hour to get the best dental care we can possibly get with relaxed feelings in the chair!

Rosemary M.

This is by far the best dental practice I've ever found. They are completely professional. The receptionists are knowledgeable of how insurance works and explain everything to you. Dr Ashraf helps you to prioritize the work that needs to be done. There is no pressure here. Every procedure is explained and they use state of the art equipment. The hygienists are awesome as well. I highly recommend this practice

Gina K.

Dr. Ashraf is always a pleasure to see, I trust his work as does my family. He is very careful and we have never had any complaints... only bright smiles. My only dismay is that as a New York City Public School Teacher, he does not accept my insurance and so going to see him cost me a lot. If that changed, I would gladly give 5 stars.

No Bone? No Problem

Zygomatic dental implants offer a unique approach to tooth replacement by anchoring implants in the cheekbones instead of the jawbone.

This eliminates the need for altering the jawbone and provides stable support for fixed teeth. With longer implants, zygomatic implants can accommodate replacement teeth effectively.

When performed by a skilled clinician familiar with 3D anatomies, such as Dr. Shivani Gupta, you can have that amazing smile again.

The Benefits of Zygomatic Implants:

  • Requires fewer surgeries

  • Supports secure, natural-looking teeth

  • Eliminates the need for bone grafting procedures

  • Provides reliable, long-term function

Dr. Gupta is a dental specialist who has undergone many years of additional training in restoration and replacement of teeth and learning how to perform dental implant surgery on patients with various oral health conditions.

By partnering with Dr. Gupta to replace missing teeth or improve the aesthetics or function of your smile, you are putting your trust in an expert.

Peninsula Implant Dental Center is absolutely amazing. I needed an implant and the level of professionalism, support and doing the extra is really how they operate. I just got an implant and it was a very painless process and I appreciate that their pricing is more affordable. I’m also gonna change my dentistry to them as well and even though it’s a 30 minute drive, it’s worth it

-Suzanne Taviansky

"I had breast cancer three years ago and due to chemotherapy, I lost my original smile. Thanks to Peninsula Dental, I got my new smile in one week. I had no idea I could get a whole mouthful of new teeth and look great and be able to eat."

Common Questions

How much do dental implants cost?

Every procedure is different because every person is different. In order to get an accurate estimate of the costs associated with a dental implant procedure, we need to see your scans and go over your specific needs.

Implant Bridges, Zygomatic Implants and traditional implants for teeth are a premium solution to tooth loss and therefore are more of an investment than temporary solutions such as dentures, however, with maximizing insurance coverage, and payment plan options available, we work to make it an affordable option for almost anyone.

Do you take insurance towards dental implant procedures?

The amount your insurance will cover is based on your provider and your unique situation. Of course, we will know that once you complete the necessary exams and review everything at your consultation.

Will the dental implant procedure be painful?

You will be fully sedated during your procedure, so there will be no pain. You won't feel a thing! After the surgery, you will have mild discomfort that can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication.
